How long does it take to produce the personalized jewelry?
Usually, it takes about 2-3 business days to make the item. However, for diamonds item, it takes a few more days to finish.
How long does it takes for delivery, what is the delivery cost?
The delivery time will take about 9 working days to all western countries (UK, US, Canada, Australia, Denmark, Norway, Findland, etc), and about 7 working days to Asian countries (Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong,etc). Delivery charges is a flat rate of GBP2 or USD5 or YEN300, which will be added upon the check out process.

Why does the silver turn yellow after a long period of time?
The silver tarnishes due to natural causes, therefore keep silver jewelry in a cloth pouch or in a separate compartment in your jewelry box. Avoid exposing your silver to household chemicals when cleaning with bleach or ammonia, or when swimming in chlorinataed water, as these chemicals can damage silver.
* Advice : In order to keep the silver from tarnishing, purchase a silver polisher or silver cleaning cloth, and clean it once every few weeks (your local jeweler will clean it for you as well).
How to choose a quality silver jewelry?
